It's almost always the bank, not the website, and it takes five minutes to fix.
Why it gets declined
The payment is in dollars and it's charged by Polar, a US company. Many banks in Latin America block online purchases from abroad by default, or ask for a security code that never gets completed. Your money doesn't move: a declined payment is never charged.
- Enable your card for purchases abroad.
From your bank's app or by phone. It's usually called «purchases abroad», «international purchases» or «foreign currency purchases».
- Turn on online purchase verification.
Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check or 3D Secure. Keep your phone at hand when you pay: the bank sends you a code or asks you to approve the payment in its app.
- Pay with your SignFlex3D account email.
The plan is activated on the email you pay with. If you pay with a different one, the plan goes to that other email.
- Try just once more.
If you try many times in a row, the bank blocks the card for security. If it fails again, wait a few hours.
- Try another card.
International debit cards and virtual cards from digital wallets usually go through better than local credit cards.

How long does activation take?
Usually the same day we get the receipt. You get an email when it's active; if you already had the site open, log out and log back in.
I don't have an account yet. Can I still pay?
Yes. Tell us the email you'll log in with: the plan is saved and activates by itself the day you log in with that email.
What if I want it to renew automatically?
That's only possible by card. With PayPal, bank transfer or Yappy you pay for one period and, when it ends, you decide whether to renew. If you renew before it ends, the new time is added to what you have left.
